    Cell signaling pathways

    What are the control points and key bottlenecks in cell signalling? My interest is in the use of modulators of HDAC and kinase activities, and am wondering what the big picture is.

    RNA structure from UC Santa Cruz

    UC Santa Cruz has an impressive group working on RNA structure and associated bioinformatics. I'm interested in what the latest thinking is on structure prediction. Perhaps David Haussler might want to speak on something?
