We are looking for volunteers to help arrange the meeting rooms, snacks for our regular meetups and the quarterly seminars. Since it would be much easier to make these arrangements if we had some sponsors, this group will also discuss how to obtain sponsors and members of the group will be involved in contacting sponsors.

The folks at the QB3 garage have agreed in principal to letting us use facilities there for meetings. However it would be best if someone from the QB3 garage attended the meetings to let us in, etc.
Is anyone in the group a member of the QB3 garage, or have any contacts there which they might entice into acting as a liaison for BayBIFX? |
